Your fav villa
« on: August 01, 2020, 10:46:58 AM »
Hey, I suckered some homies into leavin the matrix with me. Gonna be coming down in September. God I hope hurricane season isn’t rain every day! Considering shit will still be closed and what not, we want a nice villa with 3 or more bedrooms. Can a few of you give me some of your fav spots? I’ve read intel here and found a few on AirBnB but links to the actual villas you all suggest would make this easier. I don’t want to think i found another one but they don’t allow chicas or some other bs. Thx!

A fellow member on here said that he contacted Residencial Hispaniola and they said they were not allowing guests during the COVID situation.  This was about 2 weeks ago.  Not sure if anything has changed.

This one is Casa Linda is really nice for a group. Flip did a cribs on it. It’s way up in the corner of Phase 8 and few neighbors nearby (am sure noise rules still get applied) as two sides are the edge of the development and the other two sides the lots are vacant.

You can see the layout is pretty cool.

I have stayed by myself in 854b which is an awesome 3 bed upstairs with a self contained suite downstairs, it backs onto the ravine and it’s brilliant.

Stayed in 640 a couple of times, nice yard and pool and again backs onto the ravine but the neighbors are above you and the back is not as private as you would like.

Staying in 626b a lot because it was a great rate, basic 3 bed, it’s fine. Most of the phase 9 two beds are pretty small on small lots and are perfect for one.

My personal favorite right now is 853, great for two guys as there is plenty of room to spread out.

Stayed in Hispanola and a private place in La Mulata before, but Casa Linda has been working just fine for me. And of course you will need a car.

Great for a group, not until I looked at Flips video did I remember how nice it is up there by the ravine.

853 works for me because I usually travel by myself.
