Blood work AT THE AIRPORT. SMFH. Let that sink in, folks. The powers that be are trying to make this shit the new normal. People gotta fight back, man.

Complain, holler, do whatever you gotta do, but we have to make ourselves heard, and make it clear to these mf’ers that this shit is not acceptable. They need to find another way.

If they try me, I will raise hell in whatever back room they escort me to, until they back down. I will make my tourist dollars talk. These destinations and countries need that money. If they want my money, they’re gonna have to treat me better than this. If mf’ers want to blood test, let them feel free to do it to their own citizens, and miss me with that bullshit. For real.

I wouldn’t voluntarily give blood to police at a traffic stop in my own country. Why the fuck would I voluntarily just hand it over to a foreign country? Ain’t happening (and I’m still gonna travel, mind you). I’m gonna be on my professionally elegant bully shit. 💯

They will tell you that the next flight out your on it. Your not in charge of the DR and will find that out. They might even say the next flight anywhere your on it and guess what your paying for the ticket. Have fun!

PMI,

Speak for yourself, bro. You know how many times I’ve walked into an establishment with a “no refunds” policy and got one?

Everything is negotiable. Everything.

So if you previously had the Covid and have gotten over it, can you enter the DR?
Because this is an antibody test, so your gonna test positive if you had it previously and no longer have it  ???

If they find antibodies they will swab you. They are trying to cut down on wasting swab tests.

Getting a refund from an establishment and arguing with DR customs is 2 different things. We all know your big and tough on the keyboard but when the DR police tell you your not exiting the airport you will comply . You have 0 rights in the DR and they will make sure you understand that. Better bring the credit card next trip before trying that stuff. If you fight with the right ones they might make you disappear.

Standard procedures behind close doors is getting hit by the police, why would you be any different. It tells me you know nothing because the last thing you want to do in the DR is go behind closed doors with the police.  You embarrass an under educated police officer and there immediate instinct will be to hit you.   Who you going to complain too. The reason why you are talking tough because you have not experienced that situation, but push it and it will happen to you.

To see if I am lying just stand outside a DR police station and listen after an arrest.

You mean how that DR cop punched YouTuber Marwa in the mouth?  I am not sure if dude embarrassed an under-educated cop, though.

Saint,

I can tell that you and others that think the same way, don’t travel or get out much, LOL. If ya’ll did, you wouldn’t behave like the traveling newbie shook ones that I know you are. 😆😆

Foreign governments don’t go around putting their hands (or feet) on American tourists like that. It happens in some cases, but for the most part it doesn’t. It’s bad public and diplomatic relations strategy.

When tourists were getting poisoned by bootleg alcohol in DR, American news coverage alone caused tourism to PLUMMET. Most of DR’s travel economy runs on U.S. dollars. Trust, they don’t want no
problems, so all that nonsense about DR customs and police doing this and that behind closed doors to AMERICAN citizens, is straight up BULLSHIT. Backroom Beatings? You watch too many movies, bro. 😂😂

Two things: You don’t recognize the power and the privilege of your U.S. passport, and you certainly don’t know how to use it.

PMI,

I’m big and tough on the keyboard and in real life. Ain’t nobody “disappearing” no one, anywhere. I know there are lockdowns still going on, but ya’ll watching too much Netflix. 😆

This makes sense.

Of course the swab isn't instantaneous so i guess they're going to need to quarantine you?
