Yeah I’ve been to Costa Rica.  I’ve watched those inmigración guys in action, they pretty much do what they want, stepping on people’s rights where ever it suits them, especially in the locations that we frequent.  I was lucky enough that we arrived at the sportsman just a little late as they had already lined everyone up against the wall.
I been there 5 times....three times at Sportsmens and once at the Del Rey and once at The Mona Lisa. Never had any issues, but won't be going back. I think I'm gonna hit up Medellin, soon.

Same here.. i love Costa Rica and could retire there. That country has a lot to offer. There are corruptions everywhere and in fact DR imo is worst and i've been in the dr more times as I have fam there. So i disagree with some of the comments above. Remember those places have lots of drugs, so shake ups are normal.. besides, a couple yrs ago few gringos/american tourists died in del rey for cocaine overdose in san jose cr, also happend right in front of me in dr few times. Medellin's mansion also was raided few times. This kind of stuff will happen bc of the nature of the things we do but that doesnt mean the country is bad or full blown corrupted. Cuba dave was in the wrong for what he did and that asshole now is trying to sue? fuck outta here. I hope he doesnt start fucking things up in Columbia.
In the wrong for doing what? Serious question.

Cuba Dave was one of the first Internet sex-destination bloggers. Interesting dude, but he obviously lives life on the edge. By the way, I wonder what happened to his protege, Milano da Travel Boy (or something like that; I am sure I've butchered his name and handle! Lol).
Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place. Sosua will do just fine.

Maybe Mulano got married or found Jesus?

I don't know but the King of Sosua right now is Blanka. :)

I am reading you guys selling this guy down the river for doing something that was totally legal.  Every country Dave went to had legalized prostitution, all Dave did was let the world know that prostitution was legal in thier country.  Thier was nothing illegal done by Dave, stupid yes, illegal no.  None of these country’s want to known as a sex tourist destination and to advertise this to the world was not smart, especially after being forewarned.  As far as him getting paid for his transgression, I don’t think so.  Remember these countries do what they want and it dosent have to be legal or make sense to you.  In all of them Prostitution is legal abortion is ilegal.  How does that make sense?

You're wrong bro lol. Actually in Costa Rica there's a law he violated for advertising the country as a sex tourism destination. That info was all over his fb page etc. Many other countries have those rules. Canada for example is a place where prostitution is legal but the law is very complex whereas men or ppl cannot solicit for it, only providers can advertise for it. Yes sounds crazy. So he'd get in the same dilemma in Canada for sure. He did break the law and that's a fact.

Wcber this makes no sense as many of these countries make no sense including Canada, which has legal prostitution, but in 2014 inacted a law stating its illagal to buy sex.   I think this means it’s really illegal.  Costa Rica google it pimping illegal, prostitution legal and owning a brothel is legal.  I have read nothing about advertising.  If it’s there I am sure it refers to owning a brothel and publicly advertising it like a car dealership.  Stating that a country has leagalized prostitution which does, is a far stretch from advertising your legally owned brothel.  But as I said before they can and will do what they want.

The law you're talking about in CR has resulted in ZERO arrest until they felt Cubadave should be taken down. Well, they kept him in jail for a long time until they figured out that he was innocent. So...no....obviously he didn't break the law or he wouldn't be out of jail....right? They held  him illegally until he got a good lawyer in his defense who FINALLY explained to those dumb fucks that there were no laws broken. If he would have broken the law, he would have had to remain in jail for the rest of his sentence. Pretty clear he didn't break the law.

And in RD you cannot act as a third party (pimp),. He made a lots of promotion for brothel like Passion and probably had something in return.

How does he make a living.  When all the fiasco was going on, he was desperate for money receiving donations for his legal team in Costa Rica.  He is now out and living life in Medellin.  What's the secret?

I am friends with Cuba Dave on Facebook and we have chatted online. Overall, I know nothing about his finances, but he did tell me he lost everything while he was in prison. So that's the extent of my first-hand knowledge of his financial affairs. However, he still has the legal right to receive his Social Security. Depending on what he made during his working years that could be $2K-$3K a month if he was making a nice corporate salary. On top of the Social Security he could have a corporate retirement pension of $1K-$2K -- if he was able to not tap into that for his legal fees.

So, there are definitely guys his age who did well while they were working and now are getting $3K-$5K a month in retirement benefits. Dave lives in South Florida and can get relatively cheap airfares to Latin America. He may have a side hustle like flipping stuff on Amazon or Ebay. He may be keeping expenses low by rooming with a couple guys or living alone in a rented trailer.

The point is, if he is getting Social Security and a pension, he can definitely afford to monger in some countries. The down side for him is that he's no longer welcome in the DR, which mongering for him is the cheapest given the cheap air fare on Spirit out of Ft. Lauderale. I am not surprised he is gravitating to Columbia.

This article gives a little insight into Daves life

http://www.miaminewtimes.com/news/cubadaves-sex-tourism-empire-in-jeopardy-6394213

There probably is a small social security benefit being collected and maybe a small pension if he was in a union

But the more likely scenario that is half mentioned in the article is that the simps are still paying his way.

Dave will never return to the DR, it appears they made it very clear he was no longer welcome there.

They won't lock him up in Colombia they will make him dissappear

quite true.  unfortunately, he still doesn't seem to have learned.

Of course it is.  Colombia is a country.  Sosua is a town.

I know, but i doubt he can get out of trouble in Columbia like in does in RD. I'm not an expert of Columbia, but according to what i read and what i feel when I've been there but if he step in trouble in Columbia like he does in RD and Costa Rica it will probably been his last adventure.

RD kick them out and Costa Rica jailed him a few year, i doubt Columbia will be soft like this with him. The guy seem broke now.

ONe thing is for certain, guys who let their faces show are exposing themselves.
I told cubadave back in the day in sosua.
People like:
BLANKA info sosua (youtube)
Taylor made dream ,,,,(youtube)
and other whore mongers in youtube, have to be very careful.
Even if these dudes deny promoting DR -or any country- for whore mongering, authorities and PEOPLE know.
SINGLE MEN GO TO DR FOR WHORE MONGERING (THE MAJORITY).
So it makes sense to stay on the DL.
