Word I was about to say the same thing about the t-bones. Yeah Dominican beef is totally different for US beef. US has one of the best lazy cows in the world. If you still doing it in January I'll be there if not I might stop in for a t-bone steak dinner.

I will be showing support Dec. 3 for brunch.  It will be my last night, so I will be at Crave later that night too.

Yea B street keep it going until I get there with my crew. The food (all you can eat), atmosphere and service are all definitely worth the price. You were closed the last time I was there so keep the biscuits and gravy coming

I figured with @NYGIANTS and @PB putting pressure on everyone to post pics, I might as well give in to the peer pressure. Just wanted to post some pics of the Brunch Buffet that we have every Sunday. We are doing it every Sunday from 10-2. If you are in town you don't want to miss it.

Looks enticing.

Looks even better in person. In addition to whats on the buffet we have Fresh pancakes and waffles cooked to order. We also have
T-bone steaks cooked to order. Thats all included in the price

OK, now you have my attention...T-bone steaks!  Are the T-bones from the DR or imported T-bones from the USA or Argentina?

The T-Bones were not imported. They were local and I had some mixed reviews. Some people loved them and others wanted something a little better. It was to hard to get imported T-Bones so I switched to Imported Sirloin AKA NY Strip steak. Those were a big hit. So we are switching to USDA Choice NY Strip steaks on the Buffet. We also added 2 more items to the Buffet this past weekend. Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon. For those of you that have been to Bourbon Street, you know that Ron takes his grilling pretty seriously. He is not playing with the Smoked Salmon! Smoked Salmon, Grits, Eggs, and a fresh croissant is the Breakfast of champions!

Crave has made a couple of guest miss their flight. After Thanksgiving we are Flirting with adding Red Velvet Cake to the menu.

I've never had worse beef, than in the DR.  The only good DR beef I've had was on my first trip to Jarabacoa years ago.  The restaurant made their own cuts in back.

Glad to hear they have switched to USDA Choice.  A little more expensive, but definitely better quality.

If you want to find good beef in Santo Domingo, I recommend going to Super Fresh Market in Naco on Av Tiradentes.  They have imported beef and also dry age some of their beef in house.  Definitely the best beef in the DR.  There are also some great Argentina restaurants in Sto Dgo that have good beef too, but I like to grill my own when I am home.
Live free or die!

Some dudes kill me rather eat from the shit holes and get the shits all day! To each is own! Bourbon St.,Baileys, big d's and Tera Linda only spits that never made me sick! No matter what you spend it's still dirt cheap compared to what I regularly spend! Dudes mind frames are bent! If you pay $50 for a steak in the US and get the same steak for $25 in DR they yell it's a rip off! Huh! Same with chicas! Will spend $300 on a date or even escort but not $100 for a better looking chic  in DR. Don't get it!
That's where you idiots got it all confused.  Why are you comparing prices in the states?  You aren't in the states.  You're in a third world country.  DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT compare it to the states, doesn't even come close.
Oh and who's buying a god damn $50 steak anywhere? WTF man?  You got one of them Donald Trump steaks didn't you?

Most upscale steakhouses sell steaks above $50.  Best steak I ever had was at John Elway's in Downtown Denver.  Caught the "itis" in minutes... went straight to bed.  Peace! Lol!
