@Blue-Eyed-Devil reports that Residencial Hispaniola will not be guest friendly until Covid-19 passes. Apparently, you can have a guest or guests check in with you, but that will be the limit for your trip.

Let's post what we're hearing here as more guys make reservations. Will hotels like New Garden, Europa or even Sosua Inn or Casa Valeria limit chicas to just one per day?

This is obviously an important development.

Booked Casa Valeria for July 24. Wasn't told of any changes as of now.

No problem. For anyone who has questions or wants to make a reservation for Casa Valeria, here's the Whatsap number. I think they respond from early in the morning until 6-7pm......1 829 835 3565

So, in another thread, @BourbonStgreet (Ahnvee) reported that: "Hotels and Lodging establishments are strongly encouraged to NOT be Chica friendly. They do not want the liability of locals mixing with gringos."

Not the end of the world but that pretty much sums up what the state of play will be come July 1. We'll just have to see how it actually goes down. But with the clubs and bars closed, and hotels advised not to cater to mongers, it may be different for sure.

Right now we have very limited information, but it looks like villas, for the time being, will be a bad choice for guys looking to sport fuck. It's looking like many of the villas will not allow allow guests at all, unless she's there with you at check in.

As for hotels, Ahnvee is shaping up as the spot, as Bourbon Street says the hotel will remain chica friendly. Now we need to hear from Sosua Inn, Casa Valeria, New Garden, Hotel Europa, etc.

Please post whatever you hear.

That said, for the guys planning to go, it's still very much worth the adventure, in my opinion.

P.S. With the ground rules starting to be set, it'll be interesting to see how Blackbeards responds.

The way I see it is this. I feel the main spots will continue to be guest friendly. It’s the spots where regular people live that will be a issue. The Villas mostly. I was clear that if my hotel guests are not allowed to have guests then it makes absolutely no sense to open. I was also clear to point out that they are out of their minds if they think anybody other than Mongers, residents, or citizens will be on planes in July or August. What normal family vacationer would defy a level 4 travel warning to travel abroad in this environment. In my opinion Sosua will get back to normal way before Punta Cana.

Good luck to everyone in the United States, too. Right now, on a percentage basis, the Dominican Republic is safer from the virus than the United States, where COVID-19 is just raging. And I say that as a guy who has already declared he won't be returning to the DR until May 2021 -- enough time, hopefully, for this virus thing to just go away.

Yet I won't knock the guys who are going down July 1. I'm anxious to learn about their journey. So far in the U.S. there are more than 2.5 million confirmed cases of Coronavirus and 128,000 deaths. Make no mistake: those of us in the states who are choosing not to travel are no safer than the dudes flying down to the DR.

As mentioned above, hotels like Casa Valeria, New Garden, etc are practically "monger hotels"....they'd be damn fools to not be chica friendly.
