Three months of preventive detention against owner and administrator of amusement center denounced for human trafficking
Wanda Méndez
Santo Domingo
The Office of Permanent Attention of the National District, dictated three months of preventive prison to the owner and a employee of a night center, in the Los Prados sector, accused of sexual exploitation against women of Venezuelan nationality.

The judge, José Alejandro Vargas, imposed the measure on Jarvis Guerra Rodríguez, owner of the Pink Pony Bar entertainment center and the employee Angela Isaura Campusano Santos.

Guerra Rodríguez must comply with the coercion measure in the La Victoria Penitentiary Center, while Campusano in Najayo

The judge established the mandatory referral of that measure for September 20, in charge of the seventh court of the investigation.

The raid took place after a complaint received by the Public Ministry last April, from four Venezuelan women who had escaped from the entertainment center, for allegedly being victims of the crimes of human trafficking and sexual exploitation.

The house of the mother of the owner of the business was also raided in the Bella Vista sector, where she kept documents related to the Pink Pony Bar business, and property titles of the business and passports of the victims were confiscated in said residence.

Due to the fact, the Dominican Leudy Rafael Martínez Valdez, 28 years old, is also being persecuted. According to what has been established during the investigation, he was in charge of supervising the victims, he performed security tasks and sometimes in the company of the owner of the business. the Venezuelan women when they arrived at the airport.

Several portions of a substance presumed to be a drug were taken at the bar, including 45 grams believed to correspond to cocaine and 16 grams presumably of marijuana, which were sent to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) for rigorous analysis . He also said that they confiscated documents where business activities were registered, rules posters for girls, among other objects and documents.

According to the investigations, the women would have been deceived with false promises to bring them to the country and according to information obtained by a passage that costs US $ 120 they wanted to charge them up to 2,000 dollars.

Just so you know when they send you to La Victoria they sending you a message putting you in with the real knucks.

I never went to casa's in Santo domingo. The talent is wacked and over priced.  Santo Domingo will always be built for the big boys who can move around and not afraid to rent a car and speak Spanish as true talent all over, but you got to move around to find it and not look sloppy like the two brothers who tried to get in eurphoria a while back and I told them you wearing shorts and flip flops as I had to translate for security and I said this is not sosua.  Do not speak Spanish and you look sloppy - be serious in Santo domingo or do not go as you will get your feelings hurt.  Also, buy a bottle if you go to the hot clubs or do not go. No one fucking with you if you look and act cheap! Remember that saying if you can make it in New York you can make it anywhere not if you act cheap at the hot spots in Santo Domingo no one fucking with you....
