I had wings from there 2 weeks ago and it was terrible. Meat undercooked and the joints were red and slightly bloody. Never again. And then I just saw a video online of dude who moved down there saying that they don't have soap in the bathroom, and the employees use the same bathroom.. I'm good.

Were they fried or grilled?
Grilled

That would explain it.  To be honest, it appears I should stay away from all the grilled food in Sosua.  Most have been sitting out all day.  I saw a place that had 3 whole chickens on the grill at noon.  When night came around 9pm, they still had the same 3 chickens on the grill.  Eeww

I just got back yesterday from a 7 day trip in sosua. We used to love bourbon street for the food and of course the location. This time we ate there once for dinner and it was terrible. Food went down hill.

This was our 5th trip in 18 months and we used to love bourbon street. I don't know what happened! The Chicken and ribs were horrible. No soap in the bathroom everyday we were there, toilets clogged. We also tried breakfast, the omelet sucked and the waitress was terrible and lazy reading her cell at the main counter where you walk in, food sucked and ran right through me. First time in 5 visits anything ran through me there.

They used to have some great waitresses with good food, they're all gone and the food is not the same.

Go for the desert at the table sitting next to you and stick to the drinks.

I have no idea what's going on I can only assume that because they are allowing the all inclusive goes to eat there then they have to offset the cost by purchasing less expensive items which lowers the quality . Now this is only an assumption ..

Also I miss Victoria the waitress with the fat ass

All legit criticisms, we were hit with a perfect storm of fuckery over the past 3 months. We replaced our main Chef(who we brought back this past weekend) and opening Ahnvee took a lot out of us. We found that all of our time was being spent down there and Bourbon Street had fallen off a lil bit as far as service and food quality. I hear you guys loud and clear. Give us a chance to right the ship. Don't give up on us yet. We are on it.

Glad to see you still monitor this net.  Hear me loud and clear.  You got a major problem in that kitchen.  You got a problem with the wait staff too.  The brothers are in full support of you and are doing their damn best to stay on the boat.

GET THAT SHIT FIXED AND QUICK!!!
