Sandro's in Cabarete
« on: August 28, 2011, 12:15:14 AM »
Sandro's is one of the only true Dominican restaurants in center city Cabarete. It is not on the beach like most places here and the prices are much more reasonable than the beachfront tourist trap places just across the street. We are talking 3 to 4x cheaper.

The popular Dominican chicken dish 'pollo guisado' is an excellent choice. They have fish but do not specialize in it and it might be frozen. Chicken and beef dishes are all decent and they have great natural juices.

Sandro's is in the heart of Cabarete a few doors down from and on the same side of the street as Bon ice cream. You have to step down into the place as it is below street level. Closed Thursdays.

How long have I not been talking on this board, which I think is great.
