I stayed there. Its basically on the next corner after sosua lights so a block away from the strip. They have 2 superior rooms, which I feel are poorly decorated but should still meet standard compared to other places.

Free breakfast is decent. Place is Chica friendly but honestly the staff could be more personable. Some don't speak, had to say something more than once about the way they slide the chicas cedula when returning. I know the chicas come for our fun but give them their ID in their hand the way they gave it to you ! They are Chica/ guest friendly though. No real security on site they just lock the glass doors late at night and you also have to come to the front desk to let your chica out...its like the same 3 dudes who do everything inside. The owner, a young boy who clearly shows that he doesn't want to be there and another guy who was pretty helpful.

Many chicas complained about the heat in the building! Literally they need to install a building exhaust or something because the hotel stays hot as hell. Your room will be cool from the AC but the hallway and stairwell is always hot as fuck. No room service. Housekeeping acted like a request for 3 washrags was asking for a blood donation.

Restaurant food quality is pretty decent but many flies outside seating, kinda expected so not complaining just being honest. Inside seating often had many tables with dirty table cloths. The place is not really busy at all, maybe because new.

Do not...I repeat do not take any rooms in the front of the hotel if you plan to get any real sleep ! Fucking rooster in the morning and music from nearby at night.

Rooftop pool is cool, no shade but it's cool. Bottom line bro, it's a new hotel that looks semi upscale from the outside with plenty of modern tile and all inside. The overall service could get better with time but for its purpose I would stay there again vs not being able to come to town. PM me for more info...

I stayed there a few months ago, and i thought it was great.  I stayed in both the standard and "executive" room.  No, there wasn't any real decorations up or anything (pictures, fixtures, etc), but the place is only about a year or two old (i think), so it was hella clean at least...cleaner than your typical hotel on/near the strip.  The standard room was $75 and executive was $85....but if you pay in cash, they are $70 and $80 respectively.

I had no issues with the staff.  One evening in particular, i came back to the room to see that housekeeping didn't do my room.  They explained that by the time i placed the "housekeeping" tag on the door, she had already left (about 1(ish) pm.  Even after they explained it to me, the guy at the front went and got me fresh towels and linens... and even helped make my bed for me. But of course different people have different experiences...so, your mileage may vary as they say.

Yes, the hallways and whatnot were hot, but the a/c in the room worked great.  The only time me or any girls were even in the hallway though was walking to and from my room.... so she really didn't even have any time (or reason) to complain. Hot water was really good also.

As stated above, breakfast was included.  It was pretty decent. They have a special one page menu for all your choices for the free breakfast, which ends at 11 a.m.  Waitresses were cool.  There was a lil cute, big booty short one that i wish i had gotten her number...but, maybe next time.

All in all, location (proximity to action), quality (cleanliness, a/c, hot water, staff experience), and convenience made the stay there worth it.  The price is comparable to all the other "decent" hotels in the strip (New Garden, VH, Casa V, etc).  I'd stay there again.

For $70 or $80/night, do yourself a favor and stay at Casa Valeria next time.

I might.  What makes Casa V the better choice to you?

I liked the newness look and location, but the price for me is not competitive. Most of the "ground zero" hotels offer pretty much the same amenities.  If you're staying in that area then price should be the motivating factor for where you choose to stay.
...I'm usually wrong...but that sh!t was great!

Hey Calis, I stayed there 2 months ago and loved it. Its the perfect location, chica friendly, actually they let me bring two chicas to the room 2 times with no issues. The staff spoke english and helped me get around as well. I dealed with them straight through whatsapp prior to coming and they always messaged me back quickly as well. The food was ok and the room met my needs. Would defintely recommend it and stay there again.
