This place looks very nice.  Do you stay here?  What's the best room?

Not yet, but a couple of guys on here did...hopefully they can chime in. There's another thread on this site somewhere with more info on the place.

Sweet!  I hope they do.  Their website indicates that it's chica friendly.  However, it also shows a kid's playground.  So, I'm guessthere may be restrictions.

Thank you again.  I found the other thread.  Now delete this thread!  Lol!  Just kidding.

It appears to be just around the corner from the main strip.  Is it safe walking back from the clubs in the middle of the night?

Yes....you're right in the middle of town more-less. It sits right behind one of the busiest restaurants in Sosua (Baileys).....good spot. Five minute walk from the main bars.

Kind of pricey. This hotel seem to be associated with Bailee's restaurant that I'm wondering if there is free breakfast included? Or is there a discount for the guest?

On the website, it says guests of the hotel get room service and postponed payment....it doesn't say anything about breakfast or discount.

I'm thinking you might be able to keep it at or under $100 a night on a 7 night stay.  That's what I'm hoping for.  I'll soon know.

Yeah, no free breakfast though.  I've read that the same guys own Bailey's.

Did you stay here yet? Any info would be appreciated.

I haven't stayed there yet, but I'm booked for October.

There are only 6 rooms.  Five are the same.  The room on the top floor is ocean view.  I requested that one and am paying $78 per night on a 7 night stay.  No free breakfast.

I dealt directly with a guy named Kevin via WhatsApp.  Great English and responded quickly.

Thanks....I just booked for 10 days in July with Kevin and I'm paying $72/night. I'll let you know how it goes. I'm assuming the longer you stay, the more discount you get.

Please do. I'll be looking forward to it.  Longer stays, bigger discounts is the way I understood it as well.

Did you book the ocean view room?  I assuming that at least some of the pics are from that room.

The way he described it, they have one small room and the rest are bigger. The small room is the one overlooking the pool in the back of the building on the webpage. The other rooms (I think) have balconies on the side of the building. He sent me videos on whatsap of both rooms...small and large. Ask him to send to you if you haven't seen them yet.
