Great tip.  Thank you, I will do that.  Although, I'll probably stick with the ocean/pool view even if it's smaller.

How do you feel about booking a room via text with no deposit?  Seems weird to me, but my concern level is low.

Me too....I made sure everything that we talked about was put in my text message. He did take some time to make sure he had a room available for me for 10 days, so I'm assuming he has some sort of reservation book. He told me to whatsap him 2 days before I come to verify that I'm coming. We should be good. If you want to send me your number through an inbox message, I can send you the videos of both rooms. If not, just ask him to send them, no big deal.

Just got back from a 10 day stay here. I stayed in 203....second floor. Awesome and brand new everything in the rooms. The hotel sits behind Baileys Restaurant in the middle of Sosua. You will get a hotel card to enter the hotel area which is locked to the public. You can enter this area by the main road entrance or through the side of the building over towards the bank. After you swipe the key to enter the hotel, you will have a couple of flights of stairs to get over to the rooms. They told me an elevator will be put in soon. You have no front desk or anyone really to answer to....it's kinda like doing an apartment on Airbnb. No ID check or holding IDs or signing chicas in....its all on you. I always brought my chicas in the side entrance instead of messing with the restaurant crowd. Rooms are big and restrooms are really nice. King beds, 35-40 inch flatscreen that swings around in any direction, couch, safe, balcony, fridge and brand new air con. The owners' son...Kevin is the guy you wanna get with on reservations....he can send you a video through Whatsap if you ask him.....1 829 568 1815. They will bring room service from the restaurant if needed. I will stay again for sure. Anything else I can help with, let me know. Oh....the pool is very nice.

Was there free breakfast or a discount on food at Bailee's?

Yes....they have daily room service. I believe the restaurant closes at 12am. I stayed for 10 days and paid $72/night....great deal. Remember, it is slow season, so it may be a little more per night later in the year....also for a shorter stay.

They do have a security guard. I believe he stays down around the entrance to the restaurant....but as far as guests, you don't have to approach him or check anyone in. In case you would fall asleep or the girl would try to steal your shit and leave without you knowing, the gate where you came in will not open without your key. So, she actually cannot leave until you walk her down and scan the sliding door to exit.

I stayed there this past June.  This place is chica friendly. There is a guard at night that will collect id's. The chicas can get their ids back from the bar in the morning.  I paid $78 a night for 5 nights. The rooms have balconies. Pictures on the site are legit. I will try to post some by tomorrow.  The hotel has a locking gate that requires a key swipe to get out. I lock up everything in my safe before I get in bed with a chica. Trust me, she is not going anywhere without the key. The pool and deck is private and amazing. Location is phenomenal.  Close to everything. Food at Bailey's is very good. Breakfast is not included.  I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. I will be staying there again in September.  I contact Kevin thru WhatsApp to book. Just email the website and he will send his number. As far as kids, I didn't see any up in the hotel area. Yes, there is a little playground downstairs, but there is also a few businesses in there. I give the place my highest recommendation. I have stayed everywhere down town in my 7 plus years of visiting the area.

I was there for July 4th for 10 days and never gave a chicas ID to anyone. I used the side entrance, so maybe he stays up toward the front entrance, I don't know. Everything else said here, I agree with....good spot. I just like to use that side entrance toward the bank for the privacy of myself and the chicas.

Thank you for all the info, gentlemen.  I'm staying there in October.  Did anyone get to check out the room on the top floor overlooking the pool?

Also, when you say daily room service, do you mean maid service or food delivered up from Bailey's or is both available?
How do you actually check in if there is no front desk?

Is it cool to have chicas at the pool?
