What's the deal on Hispaniola Villas? Just not as good as Casa Linda or what?

5 bedroom Villa, 3-bedroom required min for $180 a night .. NO NEIGHBORS... closer than Casa Linda.. near the International School of Sosua.. German owner's a bitch .. but as long as you secure the pad like she likes, it's all good.. been staying there since 2010...

Public Service Advisory,

Any of you planning on renting in Hispaniola please be warned. If you rent on my street and crank the music up at 3am I'm gonna be knocking on your door. Please have an appropriate amount of cold beer on hand + an extra chica, or be prepared to turn that shit down.

Please and thank you :)

I just got back from the su Monday night was out there 17 days did a 2 bedroom villa with pool by myself......I wouldn't take ahnvee over a villa just my personal choice.......but if you stay at casa linda know this...

The securities is can get a little creepy as far as being nosey (I think I spelled that right) they watch every movement when you bring a chica in and also...

After 9-10 pm you can hear a pin drop in casa linda thru STRICTLY enforce low to no noise after 10......
These hoes ain't loyal.

@dee & Ny.... villa is only cool if you have some fly shit that allows parties! Large group you split cost of driver / cook/ maid. I just find Ahnvee so convenient when it comes to food and drinks! Especially late night and the back pool with cabanas is party central.... smoke drink Whateva

Villa gives you more privacy when it comes to you and your guest doing their thang, but depending on the villa you're staying in
your party may be shutdown if it get too loud.

Ahnvee have nice rooms and you don't have to worry about cooking, but I don't think your guest get to eat or drink with you for free unless you pay for an extra band.
It's just as far as some of the villas in Sosua, so the location is not a factor. Ahnvee does have some good restaurants to choose from. But you must remember to make reservations for some of them or you have to eat somewhere else. The steak house is good but it fills up quick.

I've stayed at both and I prefer the Villa over Ahnvee because its more private, and not having to go out each time to get food and drinks is a bonus too. Plus the jacuzzi and pool suites aren't worth it when it's too cold to get in the water

Kinda far. Not really walking distance. About 3-5 minute moto ride. You can walk it, but it's def not a short walk.

Ahnvee is pretty cool. The food is great and the kitchen/bar are 24/7. The steak house is AWESOME. But you can't get your food to go or you'll have to pay. Also, your chica can't eat/drink for free unless she's a registered guest. The bathrooms are weird as hell, so get either the  penthouse or executive. Otherwise, the toilet is in the middle of the room. Not walking distance to the strip (about 1 mile), but they have a 24/7 taxi that drops off/picks up at bourbon street. Just make sure you get the driver's WhatsApp..getting picked back up isn't the best. Hope this helps

How far is the strip from casa linda. I am planning a trip with my boy. It is his first time . He wants to do a 2 bedroom villa. What other establishments offer 2 bed rooms close to the strip?
