It all depends on how you would like to spend you money. On a budget you can go the Air BnB route and get yourself a apartment by the strip. If you like to have a nice spot and don’t mind spending a little bit more than I would recommend Casa Linda (gated, secured, and private Villas with your own pool). It’s the only spot I stayed at so I can’t compare to anything else but it was close enough to the action while being away from the bullshit.

All inclusives don’t apply in Sosua as it is not necessary at all, so many good local restaurants, you might not want to pass up that experience.

Plus there’s a really great supermarket and money exchange place on the way to the main drag when you leave your Villa. I’m heading back down there on April 4-10 and will definitely be staying at Casa Linda.

Dude, all inclusive resort is overrated.
Go to las palmeras, casavaleria, terralinda or sosua inn.
And explore all 4 blocks of sosua and go to the beach.
If tired of the same scene, get a cab (for 500 pesos) and head to cabaret for the day and then for hoes go to clasicoes.

I've been reading this forum for quite some time. Actually read all topic.

Im use to all inclusive 5 stars. However Sosua seem very interesting for a lot of reason. However im still concern how it will look like compare to all inclusive. Look to be there april 7th-april 14th.

Wich hotel you will recommend? Do and don'ts?

I'm pretty similar, whether traveling for work or downtime, I want 4-5 star accommodations with great food. You'll get neither in Sosua; especially if you also want to entertain guests. Ahnvee will be your best bet. Better than OK, nicer/newer rooms, with OK bed comfort. It also is an all inclusive with a restaurant on the main strip.

I have stayed at Ahnvee and Sosua Inn Hotel. Both are great! Ahnvee has all inclusive meals that are good. Its a little further from ground zero but they actually have a black SUV that will take you anywhere you want to go anytime of the day. Request the penthouse because the room is better than junior suite but be aware there are many stairs cause PH is on top floor.

Sosua Inn Hotel is private and inexpensive if you book with Kevin directly via whatsapp. Accomodations are luxury, tiled rain shower , cold AC, comfortable bed, spacious rooms and right in the middle of all the action. Plus Bailees restaurant is right downstairs which has amazing breakfast. Security is good but only at night because it has a private key card entrance.
I went through the same dilemma as you but trust me you dont want to stay at any AI unless its Ahnvee bro.

Check with them before booking on the black SUV service. Several people have reported not being able to get the car service after turning down Ahnvee's timeshare pitch.
Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place. Sosua will do just fine.
