After a 20 year run, it's not as fun anymore, when u have more fun just hanging out, and kicking it, drinking, joking etc., and the hoes become recreational, then u know it's time

@hiphop after working in healthcare hands on for the past 35 years and now at a state of the art American Hospita,  I can give you first hand knowledge that the best you can get on that island is stabilized and hopefully transfered to the US before things get to far advanced.  I have lost a son and several friends due to DR health care system.   Simple to complicated occurrences miss diagnosis on simple blood work, heart attack, brain aneurysm or stroke the major health issues for someone of retirement age.  You are toast if you are in the DR.  I have a colleague here who traveled to the Santo Domingo hospital to train Neuro interventional procedures to doctors there.  He did so succesfully and they now have two programs going one at the Santo Domingo hospital and one at that hospital in Santiago.  However if I had the worst headache of my life I wouldn’t want to be treated at either of those hospitals and those are the two best hospitals the DR has.

This is the only thing that gets me on the site, who do you believe. @Hip Hop says health care is top notch with money yet @danceelite0 says it sucks. Who do you believe if you are thinking about retiring to the DR.

Great thread. I took my first mongering trip a few years ago for my birthday. Went to sosua and had a blast. I have been coming back ever since. Getting ready to check out Curacao in about 11 days. In March will be my 40th birthday so I am definitely going to go somewhere then just haven't decided where. I have been single for about 4 and half years now. I have some friends with benefits I fuck here in the states and I am always adding to that roster, but going to sosua has basically ruined my desire to settle down and get serious with a woman at this point in my life. Maybe some day in the distant future. I am a single dad of 2 boys and I have them on average 4 or 5 nights a week. That is the only thing holding me back from doing more trips than what I currently do or even getting an apartment in a mongering destination. When my kids get older I can definitely see my self relocating. As for now I am just doing my research and trying to experience all that I can. So that way when I do retire  I have a good idea of where I want to go. These next few years I am definitely gonna try to branch out and cross places off the bucket list. Definitely don't see myself slowing down any time soon.
Live life! Marriage is overrated! Lol! Enjoy life to the fullest while you can! 40 is a wonderful time! Old enough to know better and young enough to play

After marriage a  wife will no longer give you sex, but she is entitled to your money  and she is entitled to everything you have "But" she will easily relinquish the rights to suck or Fuck your dick.
Never been married and probably with just be a international hoe until my dick stops working.

I'v been going to the RD for almost 6 years, and have had several people I met through the years that have dead over curable conditions. I am thinking it's like anywhere else, if you don't have money or proper insurance you could die from the flu bug. If I was real sick, I would try to get back to the USA for medical treatment instead of relying on doctors in the RD.

I remember first time I saw the RD trauma center first hand, a chica I was messing with, her nephew got into a motto accident in pop. They took him to some trauma center in pop that had a gate where no one could entered unless approved by the police. All  i heard was people yelling and crying,  it was really fucked. The place look very scary in regards to medical treatment.  When a family died, the family members were literally trying to tear down the gate.  He ended up dying that night of his wounds. There is another hospital in POP that I went to with someone else ,and it's a lot better but you need money or insurance to go there.

Here's marriage in a nutshell!
1) women live their lives with the vision of a wedding and marriage
2) during dating your girlfriend will cater to you ... cook, laundry, motivated you to be a better man
3) once you walk that isle.... shit goes 360.. everything she did as a girlfriend is now just a building block for you to give a lifetime dedication to her
4) happy wife is a happy life.... we all heard it ... it's facts! If not you will get another ring! SUFFERING

I started mongering about 10 years ago when I was 42, my boy told me about this place in the Dominican Republic named Boca Chica and we went and it blew my mind. I continued going to Boca Chica for about 2-3 more years, each time I went I brought a different crew with me. Then another boy of mine told me about this spot on the other side of the island called Sosua. Since then, I've been going to Sosua 3-4 times a year.....I know....that's like once every 3 months...lol. So to keep my interest up, I started venturing outside of Sosua, like Punt Cana, Santiago, Santo Domingo. The farthest I've gone for a chica was Dajabon (close to the DR/Haiti border). In between DR visits, I've visited Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica and Cuba. I just returned Jan 3 from my first trip to Thailand (Pattaya) and I to complete my travel bucket list, I am planning my first trip to Brazil this coming April. So there is no age to retire from mongering. There is always new and exciting places to explore and sample. Sosua does get old after a while. I plan to continue until the desire leaves me, my dick stop working or.....I get into a meaningful relationship.

/Brooklynfinest40,yo, tell us about doing Pattaya as a 50-something guy. Was it worth it? It's on my bucket list for sure!
Women need a reason to have sex. Men just need a place. Sosua will do just fine.

Thailand I can't do! I like to drink! Too many ladyboys!... I'm not trying to get too drunk and end up in a fucked up predicament! I'll catch a case! Plus Thailand just reminds me of a dirty Chinatown with hookers

Ladyboys really are not much of an issue for most people.

It's not to hard to do your thing and not really have to encounter them.

Thailand is not for everyone for sure
Because Pattaya doesn't need any more dudes than it already has I like to spread the word that ladyboys are very hard to spot and most guys who go over there end up drunkenly sucking cock by mistake and getting fucked up the bum-hole.

Also ALL of the women are built like 12 year old boys and the flight over there is 40 straight hours.

If we can spread the word that Sosua is the place to be then Pattaya won't be overrun (even though, sadly, it is already overrun by Aussie, Russian, Indian and Brit knuckleheads).

Plus the food! It just don't interest me at all! My boy in Japan is begging me to go! Rather try South Africa... the accents and mixed chics

Let me tell you the food is probably some of the best you will have anywhere

It's way better than in the DR

Plus tourism is so big that you don't ever have to eat Thai food if you don't want to.

Plenty of Western food options where ever you go.

Thai people really know how to cook

Not sure what kind of food you like prefer but I bet you would have no problem finding it there.
What is really weird is how EASY it is for the Thais to make delicious food. You seem them in the stalls or at the open air restaurants putting it down like they are make PB&J sandwiches. Meanwhile, you take a bite and it blows away anything it would take 3 hours for somebody back home to make. Thais are to food what Dominicans are to baseball.

Nice comments, guys. I'm in the gym with cardio five days a week and weights twice a week. I'm confident I can continue to go hard into my late sixties -- about seven years from now. My desire remains super high, and I solved ED problems  years ago.

I inject a drug straight into the penis. Yeah, I know. You can stop gasping now. The drug is called Trimix. It's available from certain pharmacies with a prescription from your urologist. Once I inject I get a porn-star quality erection lasting 1-2 hours. I can ejaculate, take a break for a drink, put a new condom on and keep pounding. Incredible drug. Ask your urologist about it if you're starting to suffer from ED.  In Sosua, at age 61, I can take down three 21-year-old chicas a day, easy.

Life is what you make it.
Some old heads also talk about testosterone injections too. Do you just go to your doctor and tell him "yeah I got a Sosua Fuck-a-thon coming up and I need the juice so I can break 'em off sum'tin proper while I'm down there".

How do you bring it up?

Hey Drinks,

I haven't tried testosterone, but to answer your question, here's what you do:

-- Schedule a consultation with your general practitioner. The best time for this is during your annual physical.
-- Tell the doctor you are interested in exploring "testosterone replacement therapy."
-- The doctor will ask you why. Tell them you want to a) look younger and more athletic, and b) improve the quality of your sex life.
-- The general practitioner will ask a few more questions and then refer you to an endocrinologist or urologist. It's important to tell the GP that you want an endocrinologist or urologist who is very experienced in men's sexual wellness.
-- Another option is to friend Cuba Dave on Facebook and ask who his endocrinologist is, lol. Before he went into the joint Cuba Dave had an incredible physique for a guy in his sixties! Cuba Dave and I are Facebook friends and I can attest he's very friendly and open, so don't hesitate to contact him.
-- Also, don't sleep on the Trimix injections for erections. They are far, far superior to Viagra or any of the other pills. Some of my online buddies have penile implants, which truly turn you into super dick. I have heard of guys as old as 80 going in for the procedures.

The bottom line is that if your heart and body are in good shape, you can fuck like a 19-year-old well into your 70s or 80s if you explore things like testosterone, Trimix, and the penile implant. I  am clear evidence of that. I am 61 and on my last trip to Sosua, on one wild Saturday, I took down four chicas in one day. Onward.

P.S. Superior physical shape is crucial for this , but I know you know this!

Good luck!

Thanks, great advice.

I think continuing to hit the gym, wind sprints and perhaps later on a penile implant will set me up well for mongering down the line. Looking into the Trimix injections now.

Drinks,

Here's a site where guys talk about Trimix and penile implants. There are guys hanging out here as young as 30 and as old as 89.
