So and So has successfully pushed their AGENDA, Because now mofos are selling property in that area. Funny part is none of it is factual.

Here is an FYI since everyone knows EVERYTHING,

RUMBA was never a legal bar. (The old Rumba)

Dlatins was a legal bar but never a legal disco...

I keep listening and reading and almost ALL the INFO is false...

If you were here years ago, Rumba was a car lot. Then they built a small bar (Which is done on every corner in DR)

Where Dlatin is, Was a SMALL BAR called POP Bar and a restaurant next door.

These locations that YOU ALL SEEM to watch so hard, have the SAME EXACT permissions now that they had years ago.

Merengue had a kitchen 6 years ago.
Bar Central has ZERO issues
El Flow had a kitchen and kept it from their small cafe

EVERY BAR ON THE STRIP HAS A KITCHEN......... SO WHO is moving again? Classico does not have a kitchen but technically is part of Merengue who does have a kitchen.

The bars who do NOT have Kitchens, are on side blocks and NOT on the strip.

Im just saying.. I aint too smart but this seems to be a constant year to year rhetoric.  Whatever construction was going on past Ahnvee was STOPPED as most are.
Stop drinking the Kool Aid..

Book your flight, pack your bags and enjoy your Vacay
Flip Flop Sports Bar / Flip Flop Taco Shop / Flip Flop Beach Bar #38 and a Few Nice Boats..... Sosua, RD

CR was my original go to, but haven't been there in years. Heard San Jose fell off, but is it making a comeback, or is Jaco where to head to?
