Dick Pills in Puerto Plata

Anyone have any intel on where to buy dick pills in Puerto Plata? Staying on the Malecon on my upcoming trip.

I hope to not have to use them, but I want to buy some or at least know where to buy some as insurance. Been stressed at work recently and am out of shape and found that things aren’t working quite as well as they used to.

Also any advice on which to choose is appreciated. I’m a younger guy so I want something relatively low dose.

Someone that knows more than me may come along, but every Pharmacy has it without prescription. Try half a pill to see how it cycles through your system.

I dont know the name of the Pharmacies but there is one near the traffic circle near Jumbo.

I would go to the Natural Herbal store my city. Get some dry herbs to help. Like Damnia, Yohimbe, chaparral, and Sarsaparilla. One tea spoon per cup of water boil and make a tea(I do like three shots a day spread out). They dont taste good. There are pills available in all of these herbs also. Those herbs are will build up in your system and make you beast out again. But its something that you take daily. Then go the dick pill route as a last resort. Drink water like crazy.

You can buy mambo in most farmacias and a lot of colmodos. No prescription is needed. The pill I think contains about 20 milligrams of generic tadalafil. If you’re concerned about the dosage take only half for your initial test run. When I’m there I ingest one every other day to remain locked and loaded.

Don't ever buy Mambo unless you are physically located in the DR! Mambo is 45cents a pill. Not a penny more!!

I go with the V. Luckily I have not had some of the side effects (e.g. headache) others sometimes get with it. I go to a full-fledged pharmacy, there are plenty in Puerto Plata. If you specify the generic Viagara it is cheap. The real name brand stuff can be several times what the generic costs for the same active ingredient.

The dose that works best depends on several things including your food/alcohol intake. When I first tried it I went slow, 1/4 of a pill wasnt not quite enough but 1/2 was just about right. On a given trip I have not had to use it until around Day 4 where I fade a bit if depending on numbers and party mode.

On the natural side I also try to remember to take a multivitamin and lots of water to keep up production of swimmers. Also once you get down there and away from work or other stress for a few days you might find you do't have as much of a issue. I typically return from the DR with extra V pills.

Even though they contain the same drug (tadalafil) at the same dosage per pill (20mg), I find LaPela do me more effective. The only catch is that I've only ever seen LaPela at certified pharmacies where mambo is more widely available.
