Agreed, you'll mostly get quotes around 3,000 to 4,000 pesos. Obviously you take a 1,000 pesos off that once you start negotiating. The baddies will start at 100USD around Pedro or on the beach and sometimes 150USD at the casino but still there is a negotiation.
