Cafe Barrio... latest info?

I'm heading down next week for a birthday trip and spending my first couple of days in Cabarete. I have only spent a couple of hours in Cabarete before. I've read on here that Cafe Barrio may be closed or has moved? Also what's the deal with the prices? I've read it's around 5000 to keep the girl for 24 hrs? Any info is appreciated.

its $100 for 4hrs and 150 for 24 hrs.
