It's the main baller/ entertainment area of SD. I mean technically Bellavista is but the NIMBY elites ain't letting that place be overrun.

I found a decent gated community in Piantini for 550. It was close to everything.

Well if you're staying unless you absolutely have to ball out there's really no need to stay in Piantini if your chica hunting. the Traffic on Lincoln is terrible after 3pm

It's far better to stay on or near the Malecon or Zona Colonial  Obviously you can walk back and forth and into Gazcue if needed and you're not too far from Av. 27 de Feberero and Av. Venezuela

Not to Mention the El Conde and Malecon spots and strolls too.
