But to your point, posting explicit pics (which will in most cases be exclusive and/or unique) will allow a chica to identify who posted it, because she knows exactly who she sent it to. They won’t be able to readily identify anybody who’s posting generic pics from their own social media profile.

In the old days on other boards posting of explicit photos by members was pretty common. What ended it was blow back and threats of legal action against the board owners by women who discovered that photos of them in compromising positions had been posted for public consumption.

How would a girl in Sosua go about suing a website hosted in America?  How would a Dominican lawyer find out the owner/ address of the site and have them served?

If the owner visited the island. I also believe the you personally could get arrested in the DR if a woman could prove that you posted an explicit photo of her on the web without her permission.

Not sure about a website but some dude posted his hip hop fantasy on YouTube  outing a bunch of girls as hookers years back. Posting about Sosua on YouTube wasn't big then. It was a big deal down there and dudes were telling him to take it down but according to him they were haters.  His "girl" was one of girls in the video and she set his ass up when he came down.  Claimed one of the chicks in the video was underage and extorted his ass.  Mom and dad had to come get him.  Paid a lot.
