Um, I have never told or even advised anybody to go to Blackbeards. These are grown men. Let them make their own decisions. When I'm in the DR I hit up BB for sure, but overall I spend more nights in Sosua.

The last time I asked a chica to get a full panel test was 2019. The free clinic in PP does the basics free and $10 for all. It is a very busy place, from what I've learned even married women get tested regularly because they know their men cheat. I would suspect that DR women are more afraid of catching some thing than we are.

I think you guys have forgotten to mention some of the big differences between BB's and the Su.  I know in the past, the chicas at BB's had a monthly weight check.  Those girls who came in over weight were given a few unpaid days off to drop the pounds.  Hence, you rarely see the thick girls at Blackbeards like the ones that parade up and down playa Sosua.  Blackbeards must have some agreement with the government about not having Haitian's on the their roster.  I can't ever remember a Haitian girl working there.  For those  two reasons, I haven't been to BB's for a number of years.
