Well it just means you can be the first to leave a review of it the forum.  It looks worth checking out.

One thing to keep in mind, though.....if you read thru the description, you'll see that electricity isn't included in the price, and will be a seperate charge based on what you use.  I know folks that stayed in places that charge separate like that, but they weren't paying attention, and were surprised in the end.

It's right on the strip, walking distant to everything.  Key FOB to enter building and to access your floor.  You have to take stairs to room.  As with every room near strip, it can be noise.  Had a little bar on 2nd floor (no one ever there).  Had a few problems with room, but was fixed in a timely manner.  I  was in the penthouse - 4th floor.  Nothing special, bathroom could definitely use some updating.  Stayed a week and electricity cost me $100 US.  That's not running the AC 24 hours a day.  For the price of the room and electricity, you can find a better buy

Stayed there over a year ago.  Great location as it is right on the strip.  Very walkable to the beach or the restaurants/bars.  I was in the penthouse so I did not hear much street noise below but if you are on a lower floor as I think this particular apartment is on, then you may hear a lot of street noise at night.  Was there for a week and paid around 30 bucks total for electricity but I was out all day and just ran the AC a little at night, be prepared to pay more than that.  There are no security guards on site but they give you a few keys for the many locks it takes to get into the place, if you have a problem with a chica then you are on your own.  Overall a nice stay but the penthouse I stayed in was in the same building but was cheaper than the costs of the apartments you are now showing - inflation has hit Sosua as well.  Would I stay there again? - Probably not- fantastic location and nice interior but there are better spots around town to be had.

Based on reviews here and online definitely wouldn’t stay here. Hard pass.
