Listen to Jazzys advice. Blackbeards is a short ride from the cruise port and you're guaranteed to find available talent there. Book any room they have and don't bother spending the better part of 2hrs traveling to Sosua and back

I concur.

From the cruise port, Sosua is roughly a 45 min to 1 hr drive, down and back....2 wasted hrs.

Just hop in a taxi and have him take you to Blackbeards (15ish min ride) .  They have a restaurant, bar, pool table, etc.... and the girls are sitting around waiting on you.

Maximize your time.
