Mr.N I’m not sure as I never hit Africa but I mainly check forums and travel sights to get a general idea. I set a budget and time frame in my head and work from there but I’m aware it’s factors that you never can account for. I was trying to do 7 countries in about 2 months but that realistically might get shrunk to 2-4 countries because countries are definitely bigger than cities and I may want to explore more than I initially thought.

Holy sheep shit!   Not required?  Is that a fact?   So the OP volunteered to get the Yellow Fever shot.  Okayyyy, that may change the ball game.   My original plan before the pandemic was to get back to Asia,  and make moves from my hub.  Resume traveling,  from that side of the world.  Africa was one of many places on my bucket list.   

Maybe Africa is where I can go until those Asian countries re open to tourists?   I have an African buddy living in the UK,  maybe he might be my wing man for a Kenyan trip?
