Presently, vaccination OR negative Covid test required. One or the other. (All of a sudden, now that governments everywhere have already duped millions of people into getting vaxed involuntarily all over the world). Smh.

Please be advised that if you travel to Brazil and you have an overnight layover in Panama on your return, Panama will require a Yellow Fever vaccination if you’re coming FROM Brazil.

Only applicable if you are entering Panama. When in Tocumen you don't need to clear customs and can transit from within the terminal. Flew Copa last year from GRU to PTY (transiting) elsewhere and didn't need to  show yellow fever vaccinatiojn.

You missed the part where I clearly stated that:

“Overnight layover.” Do most people sleep in the airport when they have an overnight layover? I know I don’t. I pass thru customs, etc., leave the airport, and get a hotel. Like I said, if you’re coming from Brazil and you do this in Panama (overnight layover), you will need a yellow fever vaccination.
