Hispanola, its walking distance to town so no concerns about car/taxi and waiting if all the crew is not moving at the same pace.

I have stayed there, its only two beds upstairs and an extra room outside, but f--k me... Look at the price! There is ZERO reason to stay at any of the old standby hotels near the strip when this place is $77 a night.

Let me just post a reminder for those that use a villa, eventhough it could be repetitive....
Agree to your price [2000pesos] before you head back to your villa!!!   Or HAVE SECURITY MEET YOU AT THE DOOR!!!

DO NOT go to residential hispanolia. The rules post COVID have destroyed it for mongers. Stay elsewhere or you will regret it. I know I did back in July.

What rules are you talking about?  I own two villas in RH and ALL my guest give five star reviews with no issues.

Nothing has changed from before unless you are in there acting a fool, then of course you will have a problem ANYWHERE you stay.

All lies nasty dawn. Why don't you tell us what the guest policy is now poag covid?

You are only allowed one chica per registered guest, per bedroom.

So if you have 3 dudes with 3 bedrooms, you can bring back 3 chicas.

However I rented a 3 bedroom house in July and was told I could only have one visitor because I was only 1 registered guest. So no threesomes, no parties, no visitors, nothing.

Good place for a family or someone wife all the way up who wants total seclusion and privacy. Terrible for everything else.

Notice nasty dawn has 2 posts, both on this topic.

I wish people with business interests in the dr would stop lying to the tourists about the conditions on the ground.

All i can tell you about is my villas in Hispaniola, i dont know what kind of experience you had but it was not with me.   Yes you are correct you cant bring 30 chicas in but if you are not acting a fool you CAN bring multiple chicas in.

I hate you had a bad experience and Hispaniola might not be for you.  But as i said before i have not had any complaints.

No you can’t bring more than one chica in per male guest. You just can’t. Before you send in your payment to hold the property, you have to sign a form that says exactly that. Anyone who tries to rent a villa will go through this themselves.

You might hit a cool security guard who lets you slide a couple times, but sooner or later you will hit one that won’t and the party will be over.

And it has nothing to do with acting like morons. Me and my group were very well behaved and never had complaints. Just all left for the malecon on a Monday morning and they wouldn’t let me back in the gate that night with 3 girls. The same 3 that had been already been with me in the villa all weekend.

I ended up having to rush out DURING CURFEW and get us a busted ass cabana to stay in because Hispaniola wouldn’t let us back in.

So really you should tell the truth about the policies there.

Or request to be updated on what they are. Ask for the agreement the guests have to sign before they can stay there. It’s all right there in black and white.

Again my guest do not have to sign that, if you directly through Hispaniola that may be true.

I am i. Sosua now and my guest just brought in 3 chicas without my assistance.

Like i said you have your opinion and i have mine.  Hispaniola is not for you and that is ok.

Wait just a minute there sparky. First you said there were zero rules changes. Now your saying don’t worry about the rules changes because my guests don’t have to sign the paper?

Also regardless of who signs what EVERYBODY has to get through security at the front gate and that is where the rubber meets the road.

The villas at residential hispanolia are beautiful. I loved staying there and the CHICAS LOVED IT EVEN MORE. The vibe was perfect.

However with the rule changes it’s a no go if you want to do any kind of group socializing or threesomes. It’s done. You have been warned.

And obviously nasty dawg can’t be trusted.

And this is exactly why I typically don’t do villas, certain hotels, and the like: the guest policy is too damn restrictive.

There have been many beach access condos I’ve been looking at near the beach in Sosua as well, but I’ve had to pass on these bookings again, because of funny guest policies.

To everyone reading this, look before you book. If you don’t, you might ruin your plans and waste your money with some restrictive guest policies you didn’t anticipate.

So are the rules based off the specific villa or Hispaniola property?  For example:  I roll up to security with 3 girls in my car and they tell me I cant enter because I am only 1 male with 3 females.  I can tell  the guard "I am staying in Dawg's villa, in his villa I can bring multiple females.  Let me thru!"  and they will allow me to enter?

If you have any issues while stayimg at my villas video call me and i will resolve.  Also my cousin who is part owner lives on property and will also assist.  Now as i said before if you are causing problems or you want to bring 30 chicas in then my villas are not for you.  I dont want my shit destroyed by a weekend warrior.   There are a lot of options to stay at in sosua, the only reason i responded because i did not want to put a bad name on RH.  Remember with ANY villa you rent there will be rules in the community because there are people who live there also, imagine your place in the states do you want a bunch of horney MF doing crazy shit around your kids?????  But my villas are very private and as long as you use description you will enjoy.

How is me accurately describing there guest policy “putting a bad name on RH”

This guy is just another person with business interests in the DR who has no problem telling lies in order to more easily pocket your money.

I urge anyone who wants to stay at RH to contact them directly and ask about there guest policy. This clown is gonna get f--k your vacation all up with an expensive villa that you won’t be able to use how you want.

And it has zero to due with behavior. Solely numbers of women vs men who who is a registered guest and who isn’t.

Again you have been warned.

Any updates on RH??? I’m interested but what if I wanted to bring one chica per registered guest but just for ST and kick em out and go to the well and reload with additional chicas during the day/nite.

Lots of nice places in RH but you have to be mindful of all the restrictions.

DO NOT go to residential hispanolia. The rules post COVID have destroyed it for mongers. Stay elsewhere or you will regret it. I know I did back in July.

Damn Thats was my Go-To
Was just asking about this place (RH) in my first post here  ;D

Planning on staying here at some point this year, possibly November
It should still be, nothing has changed.

Yo Dawg, I think you should post the links to your spots. If you don't want to post the links to both your spots, DM me...I'm open to supporting you when my scheduled requirements allows it.  Thanks in advance!!

I'm a longtime vet and I am not getting into the middle of this argument. But the thing is, don't do villas if you are a rook. f--kING DON'T DO VILLAS IF YOU ARE A ROOK!

There's nothing worse than to arrive in Sosua thinking you are going to have some Playboy Mansion shit going on and the complex shuts you the f--k down.

Calma te mr long time vet....There's always a learning curve for adults.  Thankfully, for renting villas the curve aint too sharp at all.  Maybe, you wont get full value for what you pay, chicas might sieze an opportunity to ask for more than 2000pesos, or your party gets squashed.

No real biggie.  Just elitist gringo issues/problems.

Remember, each trip is a learning experience that makes the next trip better.
