Devray owns the business Kings only. The property is still owned by Bobby. The entire Sosua Inn Hotel/ Bailees Rest property / business is owned by Raid who is an Austrian. . He is certainly one of the wealthiest expat  who has lived in Sosua for many many yrs. I've been told that the list of properties as well as the present & past businesses he owns is certainly a long list.

They can thank all the youtube assholes for the decline... Me and the two crews I used to roll down there with three or four times a year have written the Su off. One of my partners got caught up because after his wife was forwarded a link to a youtube video of him being down there talking to a chica.

Unfortunately I don't think they will ever be able to sell the business, they have to be asking in the millions for it and they only deal with cash, so im sure there hiding most of the money for tax purposes so, it's kinda hard to prove what your true profit margin is when it's not on paper

Years and years of hype about the end of Sex tourism in Sosua and ... Nothing but suddenly everyone's selling.  Greg has a Primo location on the beach and he's not selling, but at the end of the day no one goes to Flip's for the wings they go to hang out with Greg. Greg like Finger probably makes more off of youtube than he does off of the bar.

Dan even knows how much they want for the whole place and he promoted the skylounge right before he said that were selling the whole thing.

That's another thing why soft launch a bar with the capital imputs required then sell the joint as soon as you open?

Dan knows more than he lets on all the bullshit required to get his GF to Thailand and he sells the bar and the house damn near a year after he annouced that he bought the house?  Well he managed to sell his bar despite mentioning that the whole beach might be privatized.

All I know is Hedoism does gangbuster business in Jamaica so you could have an adult resort that gets both Men and women and Hedo has gotten in trouble for allowing Prostitutes in the resort for the ugly guys who can't get even fat old aunties into gangbangs to f--k them.

Marriott wouldn't want their name associated with it, but if I had a couple hundred million lying around I'd buy the beach put up.a real Jamaican style all inclusive resort call it white mustashe and invite the sanky pankies of Caberete and the baddies of Club Mixxer in and let them run wild. You'd make a fortune and as long as it's a "lifestyles" resort with the fig leaf of it being freaky couples doing adult things then the ones that can't get free sex can pay and it would be ok.
