As far as the Anvhee, Boubon should hop om the next plane out of town, shut the lights off board up the windows,, could always rent the whole place to hoes 10 dollars a night !

They made money hand over fist during COVID and there wasn't a lot put back in in regards to upkeep of rooms or services, so I'm sure the owners are sitting on a a pile rn. When the restrictions ended, occupancy fell off damn near over night from both guests and chicas. Easiest way to make money is not to spend/lose any, and that's what you see happening at Ahnvee. The owners just saving money to see how things shake out with the new direction of the town. Unless there's some guarantee from the city that the chica activity moves down the street to his area, I don't see that owner group staying around; more likely than not, he sells.
As to what went wrong, list is long
-indecisive direction from the city for chica activity.
-hotels and restaurants are notorious money pits and need a certain occupancy rate nightly to turn a profit. I don't think they were selling out before the chicas moved in during COVID.
-The hold the line crowd wasn't interested in $200 a night suites.
-Dude was spread super thin; on a plane weekly from what I heard, and every business owner learns the hard lesson that no matter how much you trust them, no one cares about your shit as much as you do.

COVID was their only real claim to fame when they were the only game in town that could operate
The moment everything else opened back up everyone that knew better were long gone.
With no real reinvestment and improvements to the place it will again become a distant memory

I blame the young black guys for the decline of the sou due to posting vids of them making it rain on chicas and the the illusion of them having a good time enjoying life. In the event that you didn't know, the elites do not want to see black men happy and having a good time. They are shutting it down. The DR is on board with what ever the West wants and the mission now is to end the good times we brag about. We did this to ourselves so blame the young guys.

Not sure why everyone thinks that Bourbon Street made big money during Covid.  Bourbon Street didnt own the resort, he was just the general manager.  (Thats like saying the manager at Burger King made money because the NBA Finals had played him his town).  Now I am sure the company that owned the various time shares around the world made big money.

The town is boring and lifeless. Classico was a staple, it gave the town life. I knew once Classico was gone, it could do nothing but decline, 4 years later here we are.

And it’ll only get worse.


I real club would bring the town back but the people don’t want that!!

If ahnvee was cheaper they may have more guest. If a search engine can show that they have reasonable prices without hidden fees, I’m sure more would stay.
