The reason for the younger roster change in BB’s is for two reasons:

1. BB’s is predominantly patronized by White dudes who seem to prefer chicas on the younger and more petite side.

2. The younger chicas have been selected so they can stay with BB’s longer and “age” into their role. Younger chicas have a longer shelf life within the roster before they decide to retire from BB’s and move on.

If chicas come into BB’s too old, most don’t tend to stay there as long, but as we all know, there are a few exceptions, i.e. China, Michelle, etc.

As in any buisness when people apply for job say 10 and the plan is to hire  5 all applicants fall under lets say 19-23 flaka .What is company to do say no to all because does not meet demographics HR is looking for ,at that point you have a sold out place and 5 women to service 22 rooms.My suggestion photos in news letter in promotional.Girls there come and go by your next trip could be totaly different lineup.Worst case scenario ask 19 for photo of there mother(bucket list item....mother daughter happy hour)
