3 day Sophomore trip to the SU
« on: September 11, 2023, 03:43:14 PM »
Planing my 2nd trip to DR. Bringing my cuz who’s never been out the state nvm the US on my dime. Skipping Barba Negra this time and going straight to the SU for the first time. Staying Sunday-Wed late Oct. Plans to explore all three beaches, and visit the best restaurants. Considering staying at Hotel Checo, Pyramid Plaza, or Don Andres. Need a suite with double rooms. Hotel security is a must because it’s a safety net for rowdy chicas. Things can go left fast at unregulated villas with two rookies running the show. Plans to the hit all the bars on the strip, Ahnvee, and both casinos. My English is 3/10 hopefully it helps. Any suggestions on where to stay and places to eat? Most importantly were the dime pieces? If I wanted 6-7s I’d go back BB’s. Holla Back!

Sorry to disappoint, but the same 6-7s at Blackbeards are no different than the 6-7s in Sosua.

There are no 9s-10's in Sosusa -- at least not in significant numbers. If you want true dimes in siginificant numbers you'll need to move on to Santa Domingo.

Well let me get my feet wet in the SU and when my Spanish gets to 6/10 I’ll hit up Santo Domingo. In the mean time I’ll be in the hunt for a needle in a haystack. Hopefully I don’t catch a starfish!

Dub the atv as primary transportation and rent a car.
Less dangerous as well , possibly cheaper per day too

Pay $75 do the atv tour, get wet and dirty and be done with the quad.

Go back to BB!!!!! From what you said I don't think Sosua is the place for you.
