The Sosua Snorkel/Dive Club made its first trip to Pradise Island on 10/8/2011. It was a pain in the butt to find the place as there are no main roads that take you there. We negotiated 3200 pesos for the four of us to be taken on a 20 minute ride out to the sandbar. The fish and coral were magnificent. I saw two puffer fish in the water before I even put my mask on. There are all kinds of fish and if you bring something food for them they will mug you. the coral here is alive and well. It was not very sunny but it was still great viewing. On the way back the boat driver took us through some mangrove canals which was cool. We got lost coming back and it was an adventure.
