Usually the farmacias overcharge for the Mambo 36. For years the cheaper option is the Latino colmado on Avenida Alejo Martinez, across from Infinity Blue & the new Poliice Nacional station. This market is one source where street hustlers buy their product to sell it to the public at a markup. People in the know don't go to farmacias to buy enhancement drugs in bulk. They go to the Latino market I mentioned or they have another source.
