Just an observation, and I have never heard of Rancho Playa Chiquita.

It has only been open since the first part of March
It is quite a ways off the beating path though behind the Playa Chiquita casino near hotel Voramar

It is being managed by Adje  at least for now      Adje has run and/or managed original Rancho Tipico, and managed High Caribbean, City Lights, a place on the beach, another place that didn't make it a month, Rancho Tipico a second time.  etc etc etc.  He doesn't last anywhere very long before pissing off ownership and does not have the resources to open his own place.  But people like his venues until he pisses them off as well.
