Newly constructed homes in Pop

I saw some of these homes built from day 1 to completion. Imho is about 10,000usd in materials, 2000usd in Haitian labor,  and I'll guess 15000usd for the parcel of land.
The fixed sale price is $122,000usd.  I will say that I like the layout. However seeing them built makes me balk on the price.

Nevertheless,  if anyone is interested...they're available.

 🤔🤔🤔 75K cash takes it... Airbnb and it pays itself! I got couple condos in Playa del Carmen...best investment ever!  Covid sucked but I was able to rent them out at a deep discount to people stuck in Playa over the pandemic... didn't made any money but didn't loose either which is fine with me 🤑🤑🤑.
