Colombia overall, but Brazilians when they really like you give way better service. I don’t French whores, but I’m more likely to kiss a Brazilian than Colombian/Venezuelan during a passionate session. I want to say in average Colombia is better but peak without regards for money, Brazil. Mexico was nice but a smooth third because Cancun overpriced, and Tijuana is cool but limited as no swimmable beach, and cold af in the morning. The street girls very hit or miss and ala carte service where you have to keep paying extra for different positions or BJs if not negotiated up front but I did 1 week in TJ vs months in Brazil and Colombia so I’m not the biggest expert there. Had my chic in CMX so no need for P4P there
I hear you, and that makes sense. I've been to Colombia 3 times, DR 4 and honestly, I believe the Venezuelans in Colombia give the best service and bang for your buck. You're getting more of that GFE and it's less about going to pound town, but it's awesome if you find that "special" Venezuelan, which beats out a "special" Dominican by a considerable margin. Plus, with people obsessed with "light skinned girls" you can see why people are flocking to Colombia in droves. Flight prices (I refuse to fly spirit) drugging's and the mayoral shenanigans have put Colombia on hold for me at ATM, so I've been hitting Sosua up more and I honestly think I've had my fill with the money hungry clock watchers. I find Sosua great for what it is: pump and dump, great party atmosphere with the brotherhood, beaches, and your fill of 4-6's at 50 bucks or less without putting in any effort. I also find service to be overall solid with some spectacular sprinkled in there. If you want anything more than that, you'll be disappointed.
I still haven't hit up Brazil, but it seems like a long way to go for strictly P4P and if flight prices stay reasonable, that's probably going to be my next destination in the winter. The trip wouldn't be only for chikas and it would be for a considerably longer period and I'd do other things. I'm not sure what's better for P4P Sau Paulo or Rio, but my gut tells me to start with Rio.
Rio over SP unless you intentionally want to pay a premium and look for light skin Brazilians. They have some light skin Brazilians in Rio but it’s more abundant in SP. still even when I went to Bahia and did the rooms there it was more light skins and browns than dark skin workers and Bahia is the darkskin capital there. Brazil no matter the city with have a light bright and brown chic but SP it’s just a big concentration. The P4P isn’t as open and expect the price to be increased without a beach’s as nearby as Copacabana. Finding action in Rio is pretty easy if you are patient and just listen to the guys pointing you in the direction, it’s just a habit to be dismissive of guys/hustlers. Brazil keeps its P4P indoor instead of standing around a majority of the time, so I believe that’s the situation in SP and so that’s why it’s no advertisement for P4P in a redlight district but it has to exist in some sort of form. I’d still recommend Rio over SP but the women may be of higher quality in SP

Where in the DR can I find company with gigantic, natural tits (cup size G or higher)? Prefer Latinas for lighter skin versus Haitian / African / Black women. Or are other countries in the Caribbean / Central or South America better for this? Not 100% opposed to black womens' tits, but I have a strong preference for lighter skin.
Are women in the DR largely mixed-race of Latina and African? Appears so from the little I've seen of women in the DR.

I was in the process of having 2 bank accounts one with Santacruz and one with popular. To act as an escrow for a chic, wanted a week gfe and was gonna show her the money was in the account instead of on hand. She couldn’t even grasp the long term concept of work 3-4 days and get paid at the end despite prior relations where things never went south. I decided then some are legit slow af and that’s why they are waitresses not bank employees. Idk how they’d get the money without some guy or other family involved because a majority aren’t that savvy just maybe 5-15%

Solid advice from @travelguy. Bogota is fun city, but it goes from safe to not safe pretty quickly. Its also huge, spread apart, with bad traffic. I stayed in Zona T, AC hotel for like $60 a night. The hotel is not guest friendly, but as long as shes not wearing the obvious uniform and wou walk her in, you shouldnt have an issue. Ate a good steakhouse called Andres Carne de Res. Ha a tomahawk, couple rounds of beers and couple rounds of shots for the equivalent of $75. This is the tourist zone so it was super safe to bar hop here all night. The begging was out of control, but it is what it is. As much as Medellin and Cartegena have been blown up by gringos, Bogota really isn't gringo focused. That means, English is rare, and there is still a bit of intrigue and plus points when a gringo shows up. Bathroom attendent, bartenders random chicks, I couldn't miss. Speaking Spanish goes a long way. Tinder was a bust for me, didn't go off like it usually does, which was probably good, because theyre are alot of scammers on Tinder-Bogota. Sante Fe, didn't happen for me; too many roadblocks from the distance from dt Bogota/ubers canceling/time the bars-clubs opened/etc. Its a rough part of town that the locals don't like going to. You'll have issues with Taxis and Ubers getting you there. If you do go, bring a friend.

Ye i speak some good spanish i was thinking of doing the long layover in bogota on my way to ctg so was looking for some guest friendly hotels Depends, Bogota is nothing like Sosua. You will find talent, but it’s not GFE there unless you speak Spanish and build a relationship. They not pandering to you there in anyway and it’s not a warm climate, it’s big and spread out. The candaleria area has nice airbnbs nearby but it’s not the safest place to walk at night, they can and will Rob you off a motorbike past 10 near police if you not paying attention
