The Public Ministry classified the fact, provisionally, as a violation of articles 265, 266 and 405 of the Dominican Penal Code, concomitantly with articles 5, 6, 14, 15, and 17 of Law No. 53-07 on Crimes and High Tech Crimes.

Also, as a violation of articles 2, numeral 11, article 3, numeral, 2, 3, 4, 5, article 9, numeral 1, of Law No. 155-17, on Money Laundering.

In this sense, it states that the accused incurred in association of criminals, capture of access codes, theft and use of someone else's identity, illicit access to electronic systems, illicit obtaining of funds, fraud through the use of electronic means , computer, telematics or telecommunications, and illicit enrichment from electronic crimes.
