For people who stay in condos and villas having a private taxi driver who is reliable, responsive and reasonable is must. There are few referrals scattered here and there like Elvis, Rosario etc. but this thread is to list them all with name, phone, kind of rates and any tips/notes. Feel free to add photos and how recent was your experience.

I've used Freddy +1 (809) 451-7809, reliable and always on time. However, he has an older van he uses as a taxi. I'm also used Wilman, +1 (809) 912‑5037, newer van with wifi and allows you to play music from your phone or iPod. However, he's always trying to maximize his payment by recommending spots that i'm sure upcharge allowing him to get a kickback.
