mental illness is a sad thing.
That dude and sister are legit 40+, its sad to see them behave like that in public. In each of the videos it looks like they were travelling with family. The woman with her 2 kids and the dude with his significant other. You know these family members are already traumatized from all the previous episodes they probably had to endure in AND out of the publics view. Its like a ticking time bomb wondering when your family member is gonna pop off again, sometimes I'm sure they wish they could escape. Even if those 2 mentally ill people don't seek treatment, hopefully their families seek out some counselling. Being around that person without much recourse to do anything will leave them PTSD for decades...
