Anyone ever stay at RESIDENCIAL HISPANIOLA?
« on: June 09, 2021, 09:54:02 PM »
https://www.hispaniolarealestate.com/residencial-hispaniola/

I see it's close to the beach and came recommended on another site

I notice it used to have 1 BR Villas/Apartments with personal pool but now only the 2BR joints...I like privacy so these seem like a pretty good deal

Considering coming down in November solo for the first time and was interested in something like this, while being able to hop back and forth from Blackbeards to Ahnvee for daytime fun or searching for chicas to bring back to the pad later

Thoughts?

Never stayed there but I heard from others who stayed there that they have a strict guest(chica) policy. I would call them and ask the about their guest policy. Good luck.

You’re guests are limited to the number of rooms in your villa.

And do you plan on renting a car? They don’t want the girls walking around the complex and they don’t let motos pass the front gate. So you’ll either have to drive down to the gate to meet them or have them come in a taxi.

Then you have to keep the noise down during the evening/night. If you’re too loud the security will come knocking to tell you to keep it down.

If you’re not the rowdy type and you plan to have a vehicle, Hispaniola shouldn’t be a problem.

My last three trips I stayed at Residencial Hispaniola going solo.  The policy on chicas are one chica per registered guest as previous stated.  So if you get a two bedroom but you are the only one registered then you get one chica.  When I first booked there before COVID I was solo but brought in multiple chicas at one time and had no problem.  Their policy has since changed.  I was there a month ago but never tried to push my luck with security and bring in more than one chica since it was only me as the registered guest.  Also as stated think about renting a car. Chicas cannot walk on the property. Also the walk from the main highway to the complex is not far but you don't want to be doing it at 2AM coming back from the strip.  Catching a cab 3-4 times a day if you want to go back and forth to the strip or beach can add up.  I rent a car so I can go anywhere I want for the day and it is only around 30 dollars and I can go out to Cabarete or somewhere else at my leisure - just a thought for you.  Keep the noise down after dark and you will be ok.  For me it is my favorite spot for the easy location, nice restaurant within the complex and nice villas.

Hey Hobby,

First, I have always followed your posts. You spit truth. Respect given. Are you the guy who originally thought about bringing in two or three chicas at a time? Or registering them all at once? Based on your posts, things have obviously changed.

My next trip is coming up in a couple months and I am thinking about staying at Hispaniola and but keeping a smash room at Hotel Europa. I'd do some smash f--king at Europa and then bring one chica to the villa. But I'd also like to smash a MILF or two at the villa complex. Not that you were looking, but did you sport any unescorted MILFs at Residencial? LOL

Thanks!

Nope , send my main to get nails done , invite other slide over

When done I go pick up main or she takes Moto and I pick up from security booth

Smash pad silly to me, I only have 1 wife, I’m not doing all that , every other chic just gotta get in where they fit in

Thanks I appreciate it. My last visit I thought about registering two people (one fake person) when I booked my stay so I could bring in multiple chicas since it is one chica per registered guest.  I changed my mind and only registered myself. Last time there I was going for my regular foursome but then thought otherwise.  I never tried sliding the security some money to get the extra chicas in.  I think the extra 20 to security may work but last trip in April I did not try.  I brought in one chica at a time.  Now two years ago was a different story as I brought in two and sometimes three at a time with no problem.  Next time when I might go over July 4th weekend I may stay at Hispaniola and get a smash pad as well or I may just stay at Sosua Inn, I'll see when the date gets closer.

Hobby you are a champion!

Thanks for the info. I think I'll be staying here.

I don't think I'll be taking on two Chicas at a time (or will I  :o ) but at the very least I will want to bring something back for late night adventures in a quiet and low key environment and I don't mind having to take a walk to the gate or sending for the taxi to deliver the chica directly...sounds like Uber Eats back home  ;D

Just not worth it get a villa off of Pedro Cilasante or one of the streets parallel to it.

Never f--ked with casa Linda la mulutta or hispanola. Too strict there, chicas charge more when they know your staying there, too much taxis.
You'll find me on pedro cilasante

Everyone brings a different level of travel abilities to the DR. There's a learning curve and the 2nd trip is better engaged than the first...just like a video game. The real costs will be uncovered and the vacations improve as they gain that real DR experience.
