Travel rule changes for Canadian travellers

CORRECTION New rules as of Feb 28 (12:01am)

- Pre departure Antigen test is now accepted.  No more than 24 hours before departure.
- Random testing at airports.  No quarantine needed if tested.
- Government travel advisory drops to Level 2 (down from level 3)
