I know most do not care, but I told you a while ago the new DR government was going to kill the PLD.  It just happened.  Remember the PLD was previous government who said okay to a red light district in Sosúa. Also, changes are coming in regards to sosua are coming. This government is different.

The prosecution director spoke to the press after the coercive measure hearing against those involved in the Calamar case, headed by former ministers Gonzalo Castillo, José Ramón Peralta and Donald Guerrero, was postponed.

Coercion measure postponed

Judge Kenya Romero, coordinator of the Permanent Attention Court of the National District, postponed until next Sunday, at 9:00 in the morning , the hearing of the request for a measure of coercion against those involved in "Operation Squid", accused of diverting more than 19,000 million pesos from the State.

Romero made the decision for the defendants' lawyers to read the file and prepare their defense.
The Public Ministry is represented by the Deputy Prosecutor Director of Persecution, Yeni Berenice Reynoso; the deputy chief prosecutor of the Specialized Prosecutor for the Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca), Wilson Camacho and the court prosecutor, Pepca Litigation Coordinator, Mirna Ortiz.

Prosecutors Miguel Crucey, Miguel Collado, Rosa Ysabel, Rosa Alba García, Melbin Romero, Arolin Lemos, Elvira Rodríguez, Marinel Brea, Héctor García and Andrés Mena also participate.

Among the lawyers for the accused are Carlos Olivalres, Blas Minaya, Hiroito Reyes, Eduardo Niñez, Santiago Rodríguez and Emery Rodríguez, Luz Díaz, Laura Acosta, Luis Rivas, Norberto Rondón, Carlos Escalante, Wendy Lora, among others.

In the case, former Ministers of Public Works, Finance and Administration of the Presidency, Gonzalo Castillo, Donald Guerrero and José Ramón Peralta, respectively, and others accused of an act of corruption appear as accused.

The coercive measure hearing is the scenario where the judge verifies the relevance or otherwise of the imposition of one of the measures set forth in the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Said purpose is for those investigated to appear at the hearings and acts of the process, as well as to guarantee the development of the investigation in accordance with due process.

Also included in the case are the former Comptroller General of the Republic, Daniel Omar Caamaño; the former director of the State Sugar Council (CEA), Luis Miguel Piccirilo; former director of the National Cadastre, Claudio Silver Peña, the economist Ángel Lockward and the former directors of Casinos and Gambling, Oscar Chalas Guerrero and Julián Omar Fernández.

Also, Roberto Santiago Moquete, Agustín Mejía Ávila, Emir Fernández de Paola, Marcial Reyes, Alejandro Constanzo, Yahaira Brito Encarnación, Ana Linda Fernández, Ángel Lockward, Aldo Antonio Gerbasi, Ramón David Hernández, Víctor Matías Encarnación and Rafael Parmenio Rodríguez Encarnación.

It took a while for Sosua to get out of control it will take it a while longer to shut it down.

Also to think that they could "shut down" Sosua involves a deep misunderstanding of Dominican culture, Because you don't even need Sosua to get ass.

Finally there's Ïsland time"  Even if they had a crackdown it would be a minute before this happens.

Until I stop seeing daily creep cams and a goofy getting the Cuba Dave treatment all systems will remain go.
