I think I’ll always have a special place in my heart for DR, despite its shortcomings. I know a lot of people there, and I have a lot of relationships there.
But I will say that I don’t go as frequently as I used to, and it’s not because of the price rates per se, because I’m generally still able to get good or great quality at a reasonable rate. It’s really the attitudes that have turned me off.
I have my roster of reliables, but I definitely like to rotate in new talent, and the attitudes with the new talent are just really off-putting. Immature, entitled, bitchy, etc. It’s bad.
Out of all of the places that I’ve been, I’m feeling like the attitudes of DR chicas are not the best.
Agree. Just got back from visiting. Definitely clear the attitudes / quality has declined. I still will visit but moved on to other locations. I did notice it was easier to get the price wanted with all of my hook ups.

I never understand why guys talk about how Sosua sucks and they won't go back then keep comin on this board, about Sosua, to tell everyone over and over that they hate it there. I psychiatrist would have a field day with this.

Agreed...i've mentioned the same thing a few times before. Lol

@ Tugboaboat5393. I agree with you 110%, bro but these new breed of mongers are over paying as we know and later making silly comments about "don't look at my pockets if you can't keep up" Little do you realize the average wage in DR is $350 USA a month. Dam a Doctor makes $1500 a month, I think public school teachers make $800 and private is $400.
what a monger pays has nothing to do with wages. that is an old argument now. their profession is making more and that is that. all the new monger sees is pussy. this is their sosua now.

The mongers who actually brag about paying 200 bucks an hour in Sosua are bunch of f--king clowns to me. I just can't respect a man who knowingly overpays, it just reflects a lack of intelligence! (A fool and his money....)

Their are other places in the DR besides the SU. I would say Punta Cana is better at this point than the SU. If you going to overpay might as well get better quality. Santo Domingo in my opinion is the best

I'm w/ @Poon, in that my trips to the Su now are out of nostalgia. A good time can still be had by all, but my joy comes from finding the next place and the Su's best days are behind it. I like that, my favorite bartenders are still tending bar at same places. I enjoy running into the long term connections I've made. I enjoy, the fact that people mistake me for a Dominican and speak to me in Spanish all the time; no better welcome. That being said, poor service and shitty attitudes from chicas are much more common now than they used be. Higher cost for worse/less than I was getting the first time I came here (across the board) make it a tough decision over other locals of similar distance (CR/CO/PERU/MX/Europe).
