Europa?
« on: March 14, 2021, 11:45:05 AM »
Thinking about staying here for a month through AirBNB. Any fellow Vets have any info on this place. I’m sure it’s guest friendly but how are the conditions? Any info is appreciated.

Plenty of info on here on the Europa,
Few tips and obsevations   the only thing is if you go with the Arbnb   There is no daily maid service  meaning no clean towels cleaning service  it would be exstra,
Europa does have a monthly rate  may be cheaper than the daily,
Tight security  meaning you have to get let in by the security or front desk,,
only one chica at a time,,,,other than that a good spot.
second spot  Sosua suites like a 2 star hotel ground zero on DR Rosen near the Teralinda
2 minute walk to the strip,,   You can get a monthly rate  lets say around 600-650 usd
Basic apartment with daily maid service night security,  chicas strolling buy all the time
like shooting fish in a barrel ,have fun !

Get the best place you can realistically afford.

Can you stay in a hotel room for a month? What about when it rains, for two-three days straight? What about when you don't feel like going out? What about when you get tired of eating chicken wings (is that even possible?) and feel like cooking, or have a chica cook for you.

A one/two bed condo with a pool and security on AirBNB wont break the bank. Extra points for an ocean view.

Never stayed a Sosua Suites, but i think it could be a fun idea for a night when on a mission instead of going to Dolci Secreto.

I stay at Europa a lot but I would never do it again as an Airbnb guest. The lack of maid service and the lack of enough clean towels and sheets led to a miserable experience for my only stay there as an Airbnb guest. Staying there as a regular guest and paying the going rate to the hotel was much, much more enjoyable. Do yourself a favor. Don't go the Airbnb route at Europa.

Bingo. One thing the chicas don't like is a room with dirty towels -- meaning the towel has been used even once. During my Airbnb stay at Europa it got to the point where I had to buy several towels from a nearby thrift market and then pay to have them laundered every day.

Europa is a well know monger spot with chicas hanging around.   I love Europa but dont recommend staying there long term. Eventually you'll find that ST chicas waiting outside for you the next day. Moto drivers do drive by to see if your sitting at Ramonas.

For the price what i do is book at Europa for 10 days as my primary and 3 days mid week at Las Palmeras for smash pad and to change up the routine.  Rockys was good for that too and breakfast was right there.  or El Legendario.  Also vetting a chica at the smash pad prior to a bringing her LT at the spot where you keep your personal stuff at. ALL Locals are very observant. they watch where and how you move.

just my 2 cents.

I used the Europa airbnb as a smash spot and brought towels over from my main spot as my source for clean towels.

$ solves all perceived problems.  This is a no-brainer.  Just pay for a maid.  Pay the maids.  Pay the front desk. Pay the owner or manager.  Pay a private chick. One way or another, the “problem” disapoers if you hand somebody twenty bucks.

I guess if someone has a problem that money will solve...they don't have a problem.

So i had to leave my spot and had to find a place for two nights. Friday and Saturday, and i did not plan anything. Casa Valeria was booked, Playa Alicia was booked, so i was heading to a spot to get some lunch and look online and i drove past Europa. Why not...

I think it was $86 for two nights, maybe a bit more because i paid in pesos. Its a basic cheap hotel, security was good and i think they do a "resort" lock in now. The party moved inside from the bar and was for sure going on well past 11.

What else was going on way past 11, 12, 1, 2... was the fawken noise outside. Moto's, yelling, fighting, I was on the road side. It's a pain in the ass.

I think you have pay a little more or sweet talk the senora for a better room inside. That whole area is high-traffic 24/7
