Two US citizens of Haitian descent were arrested along with 15 Colombian nationals. Motive remains unclear atm.

In my 40 odd years of following Haitian politics ( A FRIEND WAS AN RCMP OFFICER SENT THERE ) since the days of PAPA DOC AND THE TONTON MACU. Corruption is the way of life there, gangs rule the country.
