beach AirBNB that are chica friendly

hi,
My gf and I are planning to visit Sosua next week for a few days and would like to find some girls to join us here and there.  Can anyone recommend a nice AirBNB that's near the beach that is chica friendly?  I've been sifting postings looking for 'guest friendly' but haven't seen anything yet.  I'm not so worried about cost, would like something nice with a good location.  thanks!

How nice you looking? They have waterfront next to playa Alicia that’s chica friendly but is mid in terms of quality, to a Residential Hispaniola property directly across from waterfront and next to Alicia beach as well but likely better quality at a higher price

Hispaniola but the smaller villas aren’t as nice as the larger ones.
