If I was a betting man I would expect a lot to be shut down again after Biden gets in.

Biden doesn’t take office until 1/20/2021. If Trump continues to twiddle his thumbs for the next nine weeks while the country burns with covid then we might just need to shut down by then. Understand that the President can not order the states to shut down. That can only be done by governors at the state level. If the up to now recalcitrant Republican governs shut down their states it won’t be on  Biden’s orders. It will be out of desperation.

Biden won't have to convince governors to order restrictions and quarantines. The virus is making so much headway right now that we're not going to have a choice!

I think we are a year away from care-free mongering abroad.

Lol. I’ve gotten COVID twice since this stuff has started. It’s honestly nothing. If you die from it then it’s just natural selection and you should have drank more orange juice.

Biden can’t close the country Himself, and it’s up to the other countries to close their boarders, however the money lost hurt so I think it’s more stringent testing again & quarantines  vs lockdowns of the boarders. Was thinking 3-4 weeks in the DR but might have to rethink it now, especially until after the restrictions are lifted.

I don't see why travel would be stopped.   Testing is more prevalent than in March.  Further, contrary to popular belief, an aircraft's air filtration system mitigates transmission of any airborne viruses.   Also, a vaccine is around the corner.

It isn't up to Biden and quite a few of your red state governors are shutting shit down.  You guys can politicize face masks all you want but a crunch on hospital bed space is going to be very problematic.  It is still a disease and people are getting sick and no amount of denial is going to stop the reality.  And guess what? If COVID takes over ERs and ICUs it will be problem for people with other emergencies.  You know, stuff you people actually believe in.

This just shows how nuts some of you guys have gotten.

I didnt say if it was a good or bad thing.

I didnt say anything about lockdowns.

The op was talking about INTERNATIONAL travel. And since biden advisors have publicly stated that they want a 4-6 week national lockdown when he takes office. Which would LIKELY traveling out of the country.

So like I said when biden takes office, all bets are off. Does somebody really want to try to argue with me about that?

Gaslight much? What does Biden have to do with international travel?  If countries close their borders to Americans, there is nothing he can do.  So why bring him up?
