One of the French Canadians is a retired local cop and Interpol investigator. He’s allowed to drive his police cruiser around in retirement. One of those guys that never pays more than 500 pesos. Straight blow job in his truck is 300 pesos. He tells them what he’s paying; a police vehicle may put an end to any negotiating bull shit. He also never does the same chica twice.
