I've tried all the ED remedies, and I'm still good for 2-3 chicas a day in the Su. But that said, I'm tired of all the pills, cock rings, injections  -- yes injections. As in with a needle. Straight into the dick. I could keep going with my current routine until I'm ready to retire from sex, which probably won't be until I die or I'm just not healthy enough. Hopefully I have a long ways to go before that happens, although I'll probably retire from mongering in another five years or so. Sometimes you just gotta know when to get out of the game.

Anyway, I've always worked on my physical conditioning overall and my sexual health. I have a trainer and I'm in the gym 3-4 days a week. Regarding my sexual health I partner with my urologist, and I deliberately sought a urologist who specializes in men's sexual health.

The doc I have now is one of the leading surgeons in the world performing penile implant -- and I'm seriously thinking about making that move. Anybody else here ever thought about that?

Testosterone replacement therapy. Been on it for 2 months. On day one, starting getting random chubbies from anything in a skirt like I was 16 again. Cutting Alcohol, helps. i usually go sober for 6 months out of the year. Better quality erection. Penile injections? Never considered it. Guess I'll get married when it gets that bad. haven't done the T-shots or tests. Done just about everything else. i hang out on a forum called Franktalk.org. I think it's the best online forum available for men's sexual health. Lots of guys there are bionic. Others do injections, others pills, and some tinker with testosterone levels or experiment with cock rings. 3 things.

1) Agree with Lurker. Get your T levels checked. I sent @Lurker to Defy Medical and he has had good results as have I.

2) Before you get the chop, try two therapies. The P shot (priapus injection) and

3) Gainswave ultrasound shock therapy

If you consult with Defy and try the above two options and no success, then get the tomahawk chop.

Thanks for all the comments so far. There are new ideas being presented that I can discuss with my urologist! LOL. But I think if I do anything it'll be the implant. As I've said, I'll probably retire from mongering in the next five years or so and I'd like to go out with a bang. Even now with my grab bag of products ranging from cock rings, to pills to injections I more than hold my own with the chicas. So we'll see.
