Looks cool. Grand villa experience while still being smack dab in the middle of Sosua. Wouldn’t even need a car/driver. If traveling with a group of 6 I’d definitely book it.

Yes, if you got a crew of fellas, it looks like a nice spot to have parties, even if you aren't all staying there.  The pool looks official.  And like you said, it's in town so it would be easy to round chicas up for pool parties, etc.
