Festival De Merengue Puerto Plata 2014

This is like my 4th or 5th year in a row going to puerto plata in september. Every year the last weekend in september they host the Festival de Merengue on the strip in the Malecon. A lot of famous artists but most importantly EVERY broad from the north coast stops by. Anybody ever been to it or going this year?

I'll be there...
